Lauren Pully is an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, based out of New York. She is passionate about Healthcare, and focuses her client service work on using technology to transform Health Insurers. She coaches clients through all areas of the software development lifecycle, from identifying the highest impact areas to tackle to mobilizing agile teams for delivery. She is also passionate about women's initiatives, and is on the organizing committee of McKinsey's annual Women in Technology & Operations conference.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Lauren worked as a software developer at Goldman Sachs, supporting the institutional sales desk in trade booking and developing software solutions in response to regulatory initiatives. She also has experience as an iOS mobile developer.
Lauren holds an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, where she was president of Sloan Women in Management and helped launch "Breaking the Mold," a series of events focused on educating the community on unconscious biases. She also holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning from Columbia University.
